當被問及能為爵士帶來什么時，貝利回答得從容而堅定，他說：“我會帶來領袖氣質，帶來自信和努力的作風。我會推動每個人成為最好的自己。我會成為一個非常出色的隊友，會盡我所能去激勵每一個人，包括教練。”
