據悉，消息源透露，鵜鶘一直在尋求向上交易選秀權的機會，大多數的球隊高管都認為，埃斯-貝利是鵜鶘新任總裁喬-杜馬斯的目標。
在今年的選秀大會上，鵜鶘擁有7號簽；2025年選秀大會將在6月26日和27日，分兩天在紐約布魯克林的巴克萊中心舉行。
