Windhorst在節(jié)目中表示，雄鹿若交易字母哥，直接從對手球隊獲得的首輪一定不會高，所以擁有高順位選秀權(quán)的球隊可能是雄鹿的目標，Windhorst提到了馬刺和火箭，以及籃網(wǎng)隊（籃網(wǎng)擁有太陽諸多未來選秀權(quán)）。另外一支值得關(guān)注的球隊是鵜鶘隊，因為鵜鶘隊擁有雄鹿3個未來的首輪簽，雄鹿可能想要拿回自己的首輪簽進行重建。
Windhorst認為，字母哥可能的交易方式會是三方交易。
