隨著肯塔基84-75擊敗伊利諾伊，僅花了43場比賽，再無完美預測表存在。

對陣表預測這項活動，最初始于巴菲特的伯克希哈撒韋公司。在每年的瘋三開始之前，他們公司的職員會根據NCAA官方的賽程表給出自己對每一場比賽的預測、直至預測出最終冠軍，全對的預測表可以獲得巴菲特提供的一百萬美元獎金，若沒有人完全猜對，那么，最接近最終結果的那份預測表也會獲得一點點的獎金。
這項挑戰一般僅限于巴菲特的伯克希哈撒韋公司內部，但是有一些年份，這項挑戰也對公眾開放。
