體育資訊2月26日報道宣 深圳男籃主教練兼球員的周鵬接受了廣東體育頻道的采訪。
當談到即將到來的CBA全明星周末時，周鵬說：“可能我是第一個以主教練身份參加全明星比賽的首發球員，對我是一個全新的嘗試，全新的開始。我很開心，因為今年的變數比較多，以另外一種身份來參加全明星賽，感覺是交融的、不一樣的。希望能有好的發揮，如果能拿到三分王的話，對于我來說，又是一個第一次了。”
周鵬入選了本次CBA全明星周末的南區明星隊的首發陣容，同時他還頂替了曾凌炫參加三分大賽。
