郭昊文2000年1月31日出生于山東省青島市城陽(yáng)區(qū)，2012年郭昊文進(jìn)入八一青年隊(duì)，2018年9月進(jìn)入八一男籃一隊(duì)，隨隊(duì)參加2018-19賽季CBA聯(lián)賽。郭昊文生涯至今先后效力于八一、上海和同曦。郭昊文主動(dòng)報(bào)名參加了2021年NBA選秀，但遺憾未能被選上。
本賽季至今，郭昊文為同曦男籃出戰(zhàn)29場(chǎng)常規(guī)賽，場(chǎng)均32.9分鐘能得到16.2分4.0籃板3.0助攻，三項(xiàng)命中率為38.6/29.2/77.2%。
